Hey everybody. Fist of all I want to say thank you. I found this project by googling and its amazing work.

But i might be to stupid to get it running. I installed the latest version and configured everything on my windows server.
But if I click on "Start Bot" it just shows this:

And the bot wont start... Of course my Server has all requirements that where listed on the original post here on the Forum. I googled for 2 hours now and couldnt find anything, could you give a tip?

I think your serverquery client cant connect to the ranksystem..

Ok thank you I will check on that deeper.

But I already tried 3 different. Also the one serveradmin given on server setup...

Try to connect via putty, if you get no error the query can log in

Connection with putty works fine with various query accounts.. damn it

Hello, i dont know what you are using but this may could help:

there are also a lots of issues and solutions on it, so you may found there an solution.

also be sure you added the Com extension (PHP) (its needed only on Windows)

The Dev is currently not available since 1-2 weeks, no one knows why so the help is very limited

and if i click Connect to TS3 it connect me in teamspeak client correctly

solved that error by editing phpcomanding.php

but again the bad news

the bot stops every hour

Well a Connection lost is in most case an Server / connection issue - you may can go around it if you create a task scheduler, what executes all 10-5min:

"path/to/ranksystem/worker.php check"

then you have at least only a "time of lose" of 10min or 5min.

ive got the site running and everything seems good. All my settings are configure but the bot wont start yet.

I get the following error when starting the bot (IP address changed to a bunch of 0`s)

I have another basic bot (JTS3) running from this server that works fine. I can telnet to the server on port 10011 and dish out commands without hassle.
Please note i using the IP Address to connect to the server, NOT the DNS name
The Rank Systems and the teamspeak is on two different physical Machines

Running on 3.10.0-327.18.2.el7.x86_64 GNU/Linux CentOS
Other services on the server also runs fine.

I also tail -f the teamspeak logs to check for a login, but it does not seem to hit the teamspeak server.
Although my other bot (On the same webserver) polls my teamspeak server just fine. (Using the same ip src ipaddress, dst ipaddress, query port and UDP port)

Just to show some testing

I did this on the CLI, but the error i copied was taken from the webinterface

In the meantime i tried it on another server CentOS 7.2 with php55w (including all the needed php packages) but im still getting the same message/problem. Still using the IP address.
Can you share your exact environment where the the rankbot runs fine in?
Stuff like linux version, exact php modules. Exact apache, httpd packages. etc...

I also delete and reconfigure everything on both my linux servers. Im sure it has something to do with php, but i cannot figure out what.

Hello! And how to add Crona to reset it himself? Because I'm throwing a bot out of the server and how not reset it manually does not work

How do you mean that?

You want to Reset the whole ranksystem?
or
You want a Cronjob what checks if the bot is still up?
