Your config looks correct, so I don't know what's the problem.

There is actually a reportThreat function that can cause the server to spew out
Code:
TS3ANetwork::Connect failed error: 111
in certain case when editing the slots. It can be bypass but it's really tedious to do so.

That's not my binary. re-download it. You should then see something like

Either the teamspeak process cannot allocate memory or you have too many threads / processes running on your machine. Nothing to do with my binary. You really should've read the link you provided, everything is answered in it.

i have 2 gb ram and 2cpus and I don't use team speak port So I use one team speak server. I have more than 20 vps but just only one is down I think somebody is using a kind of bug
