An addons for wisp permanently

Hello !
I would like to know if doing something like this is possible on teamspeak:
Have an ON / OFF mode for whisper and the ability to add people in a whitelist easier to access than TS3
Like this (pro photoshop)

I've looked a bit into it. You could certainly add/Remove People with a Client Menu, but i'm not certain about the on and off function.

You can make a keybind for stay in whisp / disable no ? :/
