Why do you want it: if i active it its just add space after any thing i write in teamspeak for example if i typed SJUBF its will be S J U B F BECAUSE Its will add space after any leatter i type!

Well i want a script or a plugin or whatever anything that's when i open it anything i type in teamspeak3 type after it space for example sfaija its gonna be like this s f a i j a i want it just to type space after any letter i type!

Well you want own text to be imploded with " ". In that case you gonna need client side modification, plugin prob. And that is part where I cant help you sorry.
