Car public - Automatic monitoring the public zone

Car public - it is new application of my authorship. Monitoring assigned canal sections is setting her (firebrands public), checking the number of users at given channels.
Let us suppose our zone has 5 channels with the maximum quantity of five users to the channel. When the lined boot will analyse it for itself and will notice that all channels are entertained he will charge information from the configuration and will create the new public access channel right after the one which is full.

The application can monitor the innumerable quantity of the section of channels.

Model configuration:

Packages which needs application:
PHP in the version greater than 5.4;
Of access to ServerQuery;
Screen (apt-get install screen).
Installation
chmod 777 -R auto-public
cd auto-public
./start.sh start
