Problem on clean Windows 10 Education - x64 :(
There's part of you problem
Other than that try whitelisting the executable in your antivirus software
As @ehthe said add it in the antivirus whitelist.
It's not a windows problem - i run windows 8.1 pro on my computer but my antivirus deletes the programm too (eset smart security 10).
The reason why this happens is because these programs are not know to the antivirus databases so it finds it as an "unwanted" software and deletes it.

Unable to connect to auth servers...Please try again later.
Auth servers down or what is not working here? Antivirus is off and client is whitelisted in firewall

That's probably because the server was down for a while and couldn't verify your key.
it should work again now :)
