Could not connect + whmcs Module ts3

I try Create server With whmcs Module ts3 but show This Error:
Could not connect

This Capture as to port 3000. This port as to tsdns




The problem we first was not connecting to the domain at all. We looked at the port 3000. We found the problem is hosted by us. This problem has been fixed.
The second problem is that the request is sent to the server on the port 3000, but it does not receive an answer, so we reviewed the protocol and got the point in the picture.
when try to connect ip:3000/list show {"result":"error","message":"Invalid auth token"}
plz help

Provide valid auth token with your request

While i am pretty sure you have something nulled, IF YOU DON'T KNOW HOW TO RUN SOMETHING YOU SHOULD RUN IT AT ALL.

But another problem is when someone handles the service automatically, it has access b_virtualserver_modify_maxclient and can increase the slot.
How do I remove b_virtualserver_modify_maxclient so that the module does not add to the serveradmin?
