Simply navigate to Google and search for this:
Code:
inurl:"view/view.shtml?id="

For example, you can view the camera right here http://romecam.mvcc.edu/view/view.shtml?id=132&imagepath=/mjpg/video.mjpg&size=1

The simplicity in finding all of these on Google is well, too simple.

If you wanted to specifically scan for these services, you would only need to run ZMap across all port 80 then grab for some signatured info e.g. if "/view/view.shtml" loads, you can somewhat assume the interface is an AXIS cam. https://www.axis.com/en-my/support/faq/FAQ116306 highlights that ports 80 and 443 are used for client web traffic, so scanning these and then checking for AxisConnection.js this is one example of a match...

Then you could just embed the streams onto a random website I suppose.

Look at all these people on vacation: http://200.79.225.83:8080/mjpg/video.mjpg
