In 2019, they are worth nothing. They had a service for two weeks. There was no problem while there was no more serious attack. Then I got so many ddos attacks that they couldn't say anything. They've always said it was a bypass, but we've fixed it. Haha is a good joke. I believe they are selling 500 million servers. But their protection is not outstanding, and hardly any.
Still got a package with them with their 10Gbps up/down option still really good. I hardly get any ddos attacks but nah i have seriously no issues with em.
Plus i mainly get ssh/mail attacks but they are simple to fix.
You potentially could buy 2 simple servers with shared 1Gbps lines and make them load balancers. I can promise you people will have a hard time getting you down.
Load Balancers are mainly L7 protection but do have a fair bit of L3/L4 protection if you set it up to be very heavy on the cpu.

If you want good L3/L4/L7 protection get 2 or 4 load balancers with each 2 or 4 cores minimal and you should be settled.
