Hello,

I see on SinusBot command: !say ...
How I can install or configure this?
Where I must paste code etc? Who knows anything?

It's an old thread but it might be usefull for someone

go to settings -> instance settings and use this tts url:

http://www.voicerss.org/controls/speech.ashx?hl=__LOCALE&src=__TEXT&c=mp3

and enter your language code in Locale, for example:
