If Client Not Connected

Hi, i have an webinterface website for teamspeak
i just need a help with a script i really need it. i was know how to do it but i forget it. if you can help will be everyhing nice ^^.
if client not connected must tell him join teamspeak server to see the webpage. i think it's easy but i forget it
i tried if isset but isn't work anyhelp plz?
