It seems that Teamspeak USA is changing something about NPL licensing

It has nothing to do with a new licensing or any existing!
They just review the terms under which options they will give out this type of license (px: required custom e-mail etc.)

I think they realize very well that NPL licenses are very important to keep their userbase, so I personally think they will make it easier to acquire NPL.
