PHP - Client Information REST API - Small REST API to aquire client information.

Small REST API to aquire client information. Could be used as a reference to write something similar for the Channel, Channelgroup, Host, Server and Servergroup nodes.

It should be quite self-explanatory. The Config.php contains everything the average user needs to edit.
