Hey there,
so I found that ranking system on the internet that looks really useful: https://ts-n.net/ranksystem.php
As it is also mentioned on your forum, you are may able to help me. I saw that there are also some people who also have this system running for some time. And yes, I also asked the official dev about help but he has no time which is okay. That's why I am here now. I would be very nice if someone would be able to help me.
My current problem is the installation on my server which has windows + plesk. I also read that there are often problems with the ranking system if you are using plesk. But there was another guy that had the exact same issue and it worked for him after the dev helped him. (here (it's german): https://github.com/Newcomer1989/TSN-Ranksystem/issues/211)
Doesn't matter, I am here now. So the problem is that if I upload the whole folder to my webspace and try to install it via the install.php there comes an error. I am able to see the webinterface. I am stuck at this point where you should create the database. I keep everything default because the given database name is already fine and when I enter the db username + password and hit enter then it says that the webuser doesn't have enough privilegs to create that database although I checked everything. Somehow weird. I thought I just have to create the database manually then. I did and after that I was able to login into the webinterface but the bot wasn't starting. If I hit "start bot" the webinterface disappears and nothing happens.
Is there anybody that is able to help me please? That would be nice!
