Why dont you use virtual dub to record ?? it always work fine for me

I’m not sure, Camtasia is like the enterprise version of all those. It couldn’t be simpler than Camtasia if you know how to use it.

I suspect editing them can be a pain in the ass, software offered by Apple works pretty damn well for video editing. If I could afford it, I would record on Windows and edit on a Mac.

Virtual dub is free, and you have no limit with it, teh only problem is that you must learn to use it correctly, and don't try to edit sound with it, extract the wav and use auda city for that, but its definitly for me the best way to record and edit video, it also work with raw data !
