If you try running 2 teamspeak with NPL or 32 default, i think this is not possible, because teamspeak make a verification..

if i try to start other Server with This Script.. i get this error
/home/ts3server/ts3server2/teamspeak3-server_linux_amd64# 2018-09-06 16:23:09.860354|CRITICAL|VirtualSvrMgr | |Could not start file manager 258 no network port available

This is my ts3server.ini config file click here

and my main Server is on Port 9987

did i make something wrong in this ts3server.ini config?

i changed the network port

Try change this spaces http://prntscr.com/kreuu7
Check permission of folder and if you have any iptables rule (iptables -L)
