i'm using TS3 Server v3.0.12.4 that is hosted with OVH in CANADA, the server have ppl from:
- USA
- México
- Peru
- Argentina
- Chile
- Colombia
- Spain

Some days the users complain about ("Robot Voices", Lag).

I know perfectly that if the server is hosted on CA and if there's users from Chile or Argentina on it, it could be latency problem(ms) because distance between server and client.

Now, my question is: The server version that im using affects in some way to the users client version? (Talking about ping/lag/issues)o_O

Do you have try to update to: 3.0.13.4 ?

Not yet, that's why im asking this.

With current version (v3.0.12.4) i don't have major issues, but i have this kind of problems "lag on voice". I just want to know if maybe there's a problem that comes with the version im using right now, maybe that would be the reason for this issue to happen. Maybe is all about distance (ms) and the server and version is fine, i don't know, never had this problem.

have to read 3.0.13.4 info first, before update.

The server version has nothing to do with packet loss, ping etc. That is to do with the network, im not sure if it's the same for OVH's Canada data centre but OVH is known for not dealing with voice packets very well (someone please correct me if I'm wrong, I'm just going off what I have heard.)

I also great for small ping packet loss. What is wrong with the server's log shows this. Is there any solution? the client can throw down. Teamspeak server version 3.0.13.4 did not improve anything on this.

My server log:
