Some instances won't start

Hey,
When i use ts3startscript start 3 (total 12) instances won't run (ports 9980,10001,9989) then i can't run them via yatqa (not related to yatqa problem)
But when i use ts3startscript restart all instances start with no problem.

This problem started after upgrade to 3.0.13.2 from 3.0.12.4
Any idea what's going on ?

Could you upgrade to 3.0.13.3 and see if your issue persists.

i think that i solved the problem.
I added that 3 serwers later (after i chmod ts3 user) and when i start serwer from user this 3 didnt start
But when i start from root > everythink works great.
So i guess that was some chmody problems.
