Not necessarily, it all depends of the packets you're sending and in which datacenter you've placed the server, of course it requires you to use a bit of your head...

The Anti-hack is broken indeed, because of it being very aggressive. There is just one problem with what you said. Yes you can attack others from any OVH/SYS server, but the ip attacking will be shutdown immediatly and you need to call and explain yourself.
Indeed, i've had a ovh mc32 get bricked from their antihack constantly rebooting it into rescue mode every 24hours
