Also did some research my self, and found TeamSpeak is a registered company in the UK since April 2018 under Ian Bamford in London.

I don't know if that helps, but i can confirm that there are People working for TeamSpeak in the UK. I have some Personal contact to some employees from TeamSpeak and they work in UK.

It's most likely a code for a badge. If we check the valentines code 5Q52W3VM1T it also had 10 Digits just like this. So yea
