Hy TeamSpeak3 community ;).

Currently I´m hosting an AAL teamspeak3 community server. The reason why I´m hosting a AAL and not a NPL, it´s because TeamSpeak3 does not accept my NPL request.

The problem of trying to get a NPL license for my server, has been a problem for more than 1 year. I think that I requested more than 30 times, but always the same response:

Now let's check all together if i meet the requirements or not...
  1. You must provide a URL to an online, working website for your organization.
    https://www.pvplayers.es/
  2. The website must have content and demonstrate community activity. Creating a website for the sole purpose of acquiring an NPL is not permitted.
    https://www.pvplayers.es/server/preview
    https://www.pvplayers.es/ranking/topTimeSpent
    https://www.pvplayers.es/server/actions
    etc.
  3. 'Under Construction' websites are not permitted.
As you can see, my website is not under construction.
  4. If content on your website requires login to access, provide us with a temporary username and password to review the website.
Currently, I´m implementing client based features, such us create channels etc... But, in general, my website is a public open site, as everyone can see the community activity.
  5. Free web or community pages (e.g. yahoo.com, gmx.de, facebook.com, laposte.net, orange.fr, seznam.cz, interia.eu, etc.) are not permitted.
As you can see, my website has not a strange domain.

All in all, I don't know what to do. I met with some people who has a simple website, that does not show any kind of 'community activity', and BOOM, they accept him the NPL request.
Nowadays, after Teamspeak3 denied my Requests more than 30 times, I've noticed that I made around 4 websites from scratch, which taked me more than 2 months of building stuff.
Currently, I´m creating a Socket implemented website, and they denied my request to.

Plese, can you give your opinion or advices please.

Make a forum, and make some post, and ask your server users for register on the forum.

Should this work?
Yes, a forum is the best way to show community activity. I used a forum when I applied and even though it didn't show much activity, it was enough and I got my NPL licence first try.

I visit it from Croatia, too lazy to try with VPN.
Anyway, if you are too lazy to make this site somehow professional, I doubt that content of your site is displayed differently based on users GEO location.

There is a single javascript language file, with depending on your location it loads or not.

Anyways, I will try with an existing forum https://forum.pvplayers.es .
