Yes, there is a menu in the "plugins" option, and you can also edit the source yourself to set this as the default.

Hey, I don't think so, but you can use the source code https://gitlab.com/skokkk/anti-poke/tree/master/ (ugly, was written a year ago in a few minutes) to compile it.
