On the contrary the ms of server it is low

If your Sinusbot is hosted on another Server and not on the same Server as the Teamspeak, it's normal that they have.
Note that it's not the Ping that it's the issue, it's the packet-lost, even that could be consider normal if the bot is currently download a Video/Song.

It is on the same server!And I download nothing

then i don't really know, assuming is has something to do with sinusbot.

If its on the same server try to use the IP 127.0.0.1 in your sinusbot panel instead of the ip of your server and let it reconnect.
