Count Online Script from a banner php .

I'm just a designer know a little html , php .
These days I was in a teamspeak server and saw a banner and I was curious how the guy did found not tried everything , the only thing but next I got was to turn a php in teamspeak banner would like you to help me as the guy did I want to make one for my clan.

There showed an online user count , Channel Number and Amount of Total Connected.
