I am pretty sure that's not the problem. There must be an error in the apache error log.
What do you Mena with vip system? And my donations are really .... You don't talk about that

Sry.. but the interface isn´t for hostings. What you are doing has nothing to do with donations. Your members get something if they pay. If you want to add a shopsystem, you need to add this manuelly.

That shouldn´t be a Problem. If you have an unlimited loading screen, the site has an error. Is somthing in the php error log?
I know.... The biggest Problem is the connection to the Teamspeak server. The new (reworked) version 1.2.9 will be much faster. If you guys want I can give you more information above the backend and the front end. Let it me just know

Hey Guys,
the Update to the Version 1.2.9 will talke some weeks from now, but I will inform you about what will happen. First the folderstructure will change like that:
The user has now all editable stuff in the config folder and under config/custompages/ are the custompages for the news and dashboard area. Thes Sourcecode of the Inerface is reworked and is 40% thinner than that source before. Under Settings in the Interface it´s now also possible to change mail smtp settings.
The whole language file is rewritten. That means, that you need to translate it again. The Themes under settings are not just listed with a background color, they have an imagepreview (you can see it at the images at the end of the post). So if you want to add your own design you have to add these lines on your .css files:

The new Version should also have a better protection vs. XSS und SQLi and have also a better responsive design for mobile devices!
For the other theme changes I would say, a picture tells more then words. So here are the Picture Images (Sorry that the images are in german, but I write in german):

Looks like the interface is not installed. Did you installed the interface over the menu on the right side?

the Version 1.2.9 I am working on will hopefully finished next month. If you have wishes for the new version, so please let it me know.
BTW I want to inform you, that the Version 1.2.9 will minifiy all .css and .js files. But don´t worry, I will upload all full commented version on my github here. I already started and upload some .js files I´ve already finished. Link: https://github.com/First-Coder/TS3-Webinterface

for the first error please check your database and make a new install
for the second error please check your database login
you need a sql database and install the interface to create the tables
