As you think detect the user, the only serious way by entering the database and user registration enter your UNIQUEID forum.

It is the unca I can think of.

Or something that monitors new registartions in the forum. When the user in the teamspeak writes something like !linkforum, he gets a password as a PM in the forum and has to send that to the bot in TS
