I check log file for system -
2017-01-22 21:47:11 CRITICAL check_database.php (SQL Error):SQLSTATE[28000] [1045] Access denied for user 'root'@'localhost' (using password: NO)
after for user - 2017-01-22 21:50:05 NOTICE [email protected]: Is logging in!

But DB is connected succes
I have 2 option for check

SSL is not a panel issue, It is your SSL Cert. https://justmyrandomstuff.com/img/KbA9Gqh6gyuZYQk.png is the sub-domain on cp.* in the SSL cert?
