Hello, i have cracked licenced and i want connect my banner with serwer, i can't but i dont know how, maybe cracked licence block it?

Can you post a screen shot of your error?
Since I'm limited on the amount of information that I have I would recommend doing a process of elimination.
1) Check size of Image & Image type.
For example my image specs are: (300 x 112), PNG.

2) Check your hosted image (your source for the image).
For example if your hosting it off of freeforums site, they might not allow image hotlinking. If your using a personal website/hosting then check your .htaccess to see if theres any restrictions.

3) Try using popular image uploading sites such as imgur.

Please Provide me with the following information:
Image Specs/info:
Image type: is it a .png, .jpeg, .tif ?
Image size: is it 300x112, 1337x7331 ?

Server specs/info:
What version are you running?
What Operating system is the server running under?
Any restrictions set on the TS3 server or the box it's being hosted on, if so what are those restrictions.
Please provide additional screenshots if needed so I can better assist you.

If all fails then go to forum.teamspeak.com and bug the shit out of them since they developed the product
