How do I lock server admins from changing slots via YaTQA?

Im offering free TS3 servers for my 5 friends each, but two of them keeps changing the slot count to 99999
How do I make it so, that only Server Query admin can edit b_virtualserver_modify_maxclients or change the number over a specific value?
So that the server admins cannot change it directly or elevate their permissions to do so.

I set the

b_virtualserver_modify_maxclients 999
b_permission_modify_power_ignore 999

for YaTQA

But it still allows me to change the maxclients on a server admin status inside teamspeak..

Maybe remove the permissions?
