How to make a hidden permissions?

Hello how can i make hidden permissions?
ServerQuery permissions like

You can edit the client permissions to achieve that..

You can't create an invisible group (i mean, they will see it if they right click and go to "set server groups", if you want "hidden permissions" then u can edit ur unique id to gain those permissions.

If you want a query account you can create one going to Tools -> serverQuery login

Or get a crack that displays NPL.. NPL people may assign query groups.. But for that you need VIP here.
