Some more information would help us to solve your problem for ex. which OS are you using?
For me this script is working well on Debian 8 x64

EDIT: I dont know if i have the exactly same script like you, but mine is called the same like yours.

If you have a linux vps/dedi, you can run directly from php.

You can go where u have the php file on linux, and do this comand.

php filename.php // filename is the file name :D

When I try to run php script by, it continually appears that error.

It can help myself and someone proved that his help was a backdoor ratodesanita.
The script does not start and gives me the error of those lines.
