How can I automate the backup of my server in an FTP?
I wanted it to be able to copy the folder to my FTP.
I've already looked a lot about cron work, but none specific helped me.

Just write a sh script. Copy ts folder, tar it, then upload it with package "ftp-upload" (apt-get install ftp-upload or yum install).
Put the script in your cron.

Google is also your friend.
