I just bought a Game-1 server from sys
, am gonna be running only teamspeak on it
, anyone can help me with setting up iptables to help prevent ddos attacks would be really appreciated!

login to your panel of sys, and click on ip and set game firewall rules.

Right if you hosted your virtual instance on port 9987 than it's okay!

You do not need iptables rules its ovh game.

Expensive and useless is another thing
It´s like you buy 10 Apples and eat 1 and now you aren´t Hungry anymore.
In Poor countrys you have nothing and your are happy about 1 Apple!
I know it´s not the best way that you understand it but i hope you understand what i mean.
For a TS³ Server you need like maxium of 512 MB Ram and not even 1 Core of a I7 .
I mean it´s dumb to throw your money out of the window if you dont use the resources.

I have to say I had two years ago for TS3-Public.de also a server at OVH with the game protection only for TeamSpeak xD

Bro go for rinetech or omgserv best, costing is great of both the companies, rinetech is kvm and omgserv is openvz depending which one you prefer.
