Windows 7 x64 doesnt like Skype.

Hello.
I got some weird problem with Skype ( and Steam too ).
My microphone is working very well at TeamSpeak 3 , Google Chrome.
But when i want to use it on Steam, or Skype.

I tried to use it while all process closed.
Same device selected at Skype and Steam which i use in TeamSpeak.
I already tried to ask help from some people.
Yesterday night its working for some seconds but it gets instantly muted while i didnt do anything.

What did you do when that girl said that it's working? You should try to do that again.

I didnt do anything. She just said its working, after some seconds its stopped working.

Yesterday night i was talking with @dedmen he said use Virtual Audio Cable.
And its working fine.
