Recently i've found out about this but how i can get theese icons? like saved i know i can find some in %appdata% in ts3 then cache but you can see the folder name but thing is i can't find that folder l8r

2 ways there,

using yaqta simple click on the server name which has the icon you want, then click on "icons".

click on save and chose where to save the icon.

second way is the way without yaqta:

You can find those Icon files in the "TS3Client" unter cache, there are folder with the UUID of the Server, should look something like that

There should be folders like "channels", "clients" and also "icons"

in the "icons" folder are all icons downloaded from the server saved as "icon_" some numbers you can simple rename then to ".png" and open them.
