What's your php version? I guess 7.1 if so, downgrade it to 7.0 or 5.6

Well your perm system was ok, but you was making changes after submitting the pull request so if i accepted the pull request and you still decided to make changes you would have to submit more. I prefer for all changes to be done before submitting the pull request.
